Salary Range: Approx. $25 - $28 per hour (equivalent salary of $55-60k annually)

 

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Restaurant Management experience strongly desired
  • 2+ years of help desk & computer experience
  • Able to apply research, information gathering and analysis skills to factual information; role absolutely requires analytical problem-solving skills
  • CompTIA + Certification or work experience

  • Able to work fast and accurately to meet deadlines

  • Experience with the configuration or management of Point-of-Sale systems preferred

Sample of Responsibilities include:

  • NCR Aloha Configuration Center (CFC) database data entry (recipes, menu item descriptions, station routing, user interface menus, pricing, tax), updates, and maintenance.
  • CrunchTime! database data entry (user and location accounts, recipes), updates and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CFC and CrunchTime! issues through discussions with users.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all assigned work orders with Track-It helpdesk application.
  • Review call history to identify trends with support issues with supported systems and notify management of trends as soon as possible.
  • Provide constant follow-up with field with ongoing issues until a resolution has been found.
  • Support software, including, but not limited to: 
    • Aloha Point-of-Sale (Table and Quick Service)
    • Aloha Configuration Center
    • Aloha Command Center
    • CrunchTime! Software 
  • Provide after-hours and weekend support to field. This position will be part of an on-call rotation at least once a month that will provide after-hours and weekend support.
  • Daily interaction with clients and team members to execute service delivery and to address any issues and concerns
  • Able to work in a diverse team including individuals of various technical and process skill levels.
  • Acts as first and second level support to the field for Aloha, KMS and general IT issues.
  • Utilize to maximum efficiency all support tools and resources to provide excellent support to workstations and field.
  • Assist in gathering information for updating training and troubleshooting manuals.
  • Continuously find ways to improve support to corporate office and the field
  • Other duties as assigned
