• Minimum of 10+ years of Construction experience
• Self-motivated, professional, & procedure oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Construction Project Manager will:

• Lead the project team,
• Secure subcontractor proposals,
• Negotiate contracts,
• Write and negotiate contract terms,
• Update schedules,
• RFI's,
• Submittals,
• Change Order Management,
• Invoice Approvals,
• Financial analysis,
• Budgeting,
• Estimating,
• Take-offs, and
• Project closeout.
